The convection cooking system in this Maytag® slide-in range provides uniform browning, outstanding baking, and roasting times that are up to 30% shorter than that of a conventional oven. Keeping the oven clean is easy too, thanks to the self-cleaning feature. The cooktop includes four burners- one 5,000-BTU burner with 600-BTU simmer setting, two 9,200-BTU burners and one 16,000-BTU Power Boost™ burner for big jobs.
