I must say it has come in handy since we needed a repair done on our floor model range so I could still bake foods. Also we have 14 year old who microwaves everything! He loves the menu options and can even defrost burgers if he wants! The handle is not cheap plastic and handles everyday wear and tear well! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this model.

It is so quiet that if there weren't tips at the end of cooking cycle you may forget about the cooked food! The fact that it has a fan function for venting the kitchen is what made me buy this microwave, but was surprised by how powerful the venting Is. Level 4 of kitchen fan is not needed to be used.

Had a similar model without convection and only upgraded to change appliances to stainless steel finish. Never have had any issues with our Maytag appliances in the past and hoping that this microwave will be the same.
