"I have had my washer for a little over a month and I am very happy with it. We intentionally bought one with an agitator because of how dirty my husband's work clothes get. My husband's work clothes can also be pretty bulky, but it has no trouble taking on the heavy duty work. It has the Extra Power and soak modes that help a lot.
