If your new qualifying 30" Maytag® front control range featuring the FIT System doesn’t fit your  existing cutout of   30” (76 cm) W, 24” (61 cm) D and 36” (91.5 cm)H, we will cover the cost of professional modifications up to $300. Must be claimed within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, if your cutout is less than 24” (61 cm) deep, and the removal of the previous range reveals uneven or slightly damaged edges of the countertop, we will provide three (3) 0.5"(1.3 cm) trim pieces to fill in the gaps. 
 

Installations related to new home construction or remodeling are excluded under the FIT System Guarantee.

CLAIMS PROCESS

Within 30 days of your eligible appliance being delivered, mail the following documents to this address:

  1. The completed and signed claim form.

  2. A copy of your sales receipt. It must be legible, dated between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 and clearly feature the delivery date. 

  3. A photo of the oven model that is being replaced.

  4. A dated invoice or receipt from a professional installer or contractor. It must clearly state the cost to modify your existing cabinet. 

Don’t forget:

  • To retain a copy of all documents for your records. 

  • It will take 3-5 weeks from when the claim form is mailed to receive payment of validated claims. 

  • All claims must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date of the qualifying appliance.

Money-Back Performance Guarantees


Claims for all guarantees, excluding the FIT System Limited Guarantee, can be easily submitted by following these steps:


  1. Within 30 days of the delivery of a qualifying appliance, complete the claim form and call 1-800-807-6777 to start the process. For AquaLift® Self-Cleaning Technology Limited Guarantee claims may be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  2. Mail the completed claim form along with a copy of the dated sales receipt. The owner will be contacted upon receipt by Whirlpool Canada to arrange for pick up.

    1. Disconnect your appliance so that it’s ready for pick up. 

  3. Call Whirlpool Canada after the unit has been picked up.

  4. The owner will receive payment in the form of a cheque 4-6 weeks after pickup.
