Call 1-800-807-6777 to start the process. For AquaLift® Self-Cleaning Technology Limited Guarantee claims may be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

MAIL IN YOUR COMPLETED FORM
Mail the completed claim form along with a copy of the dated sales receipt. The owner will be contacted upon receipt by Whirlpool Canada to arrange for pick up.

NOTIFY US OF PICKUP
Call Whirlpool Canada after the unit has been picked up.

RECEIVE REFUND
The owner will receive payment in the form of a cheque 4-6 weeks after pickup.
