HOW RETURNS WORK
Our team is happy to help with returns for products you purchased through Maytag.ca.
Simply call 1-844-907-0954 for Major Appliance and Major Appliance Accessory Returns.
Please call 1 (800) 807-6777 for EveryDrop® water filters, Affresh® cleaning products. Have your order number or product serial number handy and we can help you through the process.
NOTE: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from maytag.ca. If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return.
MAJOR APPLIANCES & MAJOR APPLIANCE ACCESSORIES
Returns within 5 days — No return fees
Not happy with your new product? No matter the reason, it's no problem. Request your return within 5 days from the date of delivery for a product refund of products that are in new condition. Simply call 1-844-907-0954 with your order number, model number and product serial number.
Please note, refunds will be processed once the item is back in our warehouse and inspected.
Delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded.
Returns within 30 Calendar Days

If you notice your product was delivered damaged, you can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days by calling us at 1-844-907-0954.
- For an exchange, you will not be charged any additional delivery, shipping or service fees. No adjustment of initial purchase price will be credited or charged in the event that the purchase price has changed at the time of exchange.
- For a return, you will receive a product refund, but delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded. Please call us to discuss the nature of the damage and confirm that you qualify for the product refund.

If you're not happy with your product for any other reason, you have up to 30 calendar days to request a return. An additional restocking fee of 15% of the product cost will be applied, with a $50 minimum. Original delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded. Please call us at 1 (800) 807-6777 to arrange for the return.
Returns after 30 Calendar Days
Outside of 30 days, we offer a repair warranty. Give us a call with any questions about your warranty coverage, or to schedule service in or out of warranty. Fees may apply.

Not happy with your new EveryDrop® water filter or affresh® cleaning product? No matter the reason, it's no problem. Request your return or exchange within 5 business days from the date of delivery for a product refund.
WATER FILTERS & CLEANING PRODUCTS WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS & Major appliance within 30 calendar days
For damaged products within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery.
For damaged products, you can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days by calling us at 1-800-807-6777.
Please call us to discuss the nature of the damage and confirm that you qualify for the product refund or exchange.
For some products, we may require the return of product and may be able to help arrange return shipping.
Most often, we will ask you to ship the product back using a method that provides a tracking number.
For undamaged returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery.
Products should not have been opened and must still in the original packaging.
For all returns or exchanges, Delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded.
- For an exchange, depending on the new item’s price difference, you’ll receive a credit or charge to the credit card used to purchase the original product.
- For a return, you will receive a product refund.
WHAT TO EXPECT
For Water Filters & Cleaning Products: Please allow approximately 5 business days to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after one week, please contact us at 1 (800) 807-6777.
For Major Appliance Parts & Accessories: Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately two weeks to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at 1 (844) 907-0954.
We have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.
You can cancel an order as long as we have not started the shipping or delivery process.

With your order number handy. We will refund your product purchase price as well as delivery, shipping, and service fees. If canceling an item within an order means your order is no longer eligible for a discount or promotion, we will recalculate your total purchase price and apply applicable charges to your selected payment method.
If we have started the shipping or delivery process, you will need to initiate a return by following our return policy.
If you received a cancellation notification, here are some common reasons why your order was cancelled.
CREDIT CARD FAILURE:
The credit card failed to accept the charge when attempting to ship the item out. A charge to the customer card occurs when the item is being readied to ship out, not during online checkout.
We recommend that you try to place a new order ensuring all the information provided is correct and accurate. To avoid any issues with your new order we recommend the following criteria be taken into consideration:
