Door latch broken, replacement not available
I think by far this is the worst appliance ever.
So one of the door latches is broken and the microwave doesn't work anymore. The funny part is that they don't manufacture the door latch for this model anymore so I have to purchase a new one just because one small, easy-to-manufacture plastic latch is broken. Such terrible customer service!
I won't ever purchase another whirlpool product! Apparently, they cannot just have replacement parts for a 4-year-old model. Terrible!
