Easy to use.
I have not used my OTR a lot but I really like it. I thought it would be too big for my apartment sized kitchen but it fits in great and looks good. Works well for what I need.

Absolutely in love with this microwave - no Fingerprints, easy to clean, heats up food fairly quick compare to other i tested, easy to install, durable and strong handle when you open the door, comes with 10 year warranty at a reasonable price..

Does not work well
I have had major appliances by Maytag over the years but this microwave is nothing but a source of aggravation.. It continually asked to open and close the door, and fails to work, open and close the door several times and nothing, leave it for an hour and it comes back on. will try to get answers from Maytag as to what the problem is but from the reviews I have read it seem to me it's a defect in manufacturing.
