Does agitate clothes.
This washer does not clean or rinse clothes well. The agitator on the bottom is essentially useless. You will pull "clean" clothes out with soap residue still on it. After a complete cracked the clothing will be in the EXACT same order/depth as when you placed them in the machine.

Cycle takes too long and doesn't wash well
I recently moved into a home with this product. It was newer than my one year old set I had so I made the mistake of keeping it. It takes 4 hours to do two loads of laundry! There is no quick wash and the clothes are not even always clean!
