Crappy machine
I bought machine over a on the ago, and it do not work I am still waiting for texhnichian.

Absolutely terrible quality
Absolutely terrible quality on the machine itself, and pretty slow/unhelpful service from Maytag/Whirlpool. We bought the washer brand new and after the 3rd week it locked itself and would not complete a drain cycle. For reference we are a family of 4, so not really heavy duty usage of the machine. We tried calling and looking online for a way to at least open the lid to get our clothes out, but were told we'd have to wait for a technician (1 week away). When the technician finally came he said that it was a very common problem with this model (blown circuit board), and that we'd have to wait another 2 weeks for the part to come in. It's been about 4 weeks now with no resolution, very frustrating experience so far, definitely would avoid this model and Maytag in general going forward!
